Last week I was lucky enough to spend some time at West Bend Mutual in Wisconsin. I was taking a class there and my stay was extended with an invite to the Brewers Game. Not only was the class information useful, but the entire day we received the royal treatment! From the continental breakfast set up before hand, the constantly freshened snack table, a delicious complementary lunch, to the useful prizes given away during class, we all felt really appreciated.
This wasn’t my first time visiting West Bend Mutual, and hopefully it won’t be my last. The employees there are extremley accomodating and very nice. Their kindness extended the next day at the Brewers Game where I got to enjoy some yummy food at their tailgate and sit with other agents and West Bend employees during the game.
I can’t say enough about my visit, but I can take a few things away from West Bend about customer appreciation and professionalism. They set a great example of how to accomplish both!
