When Should You Review Your Insurance Policy?

If you are like most people, you probably don’t look at your insurance policy too often. Insurance is just that thing you have to have. Insurance isn’t something that you really want, and that shows. The average person may glance at their monthly, quarterly, or yearly statement and as long as the premium hasn’t changed much they move on. Did you know that there are a few times when you should be looking at your bill and declaration pages? Taking a few moments to go over your coverage may end up saving you money. Maybe you have too much coverage for your current needs. You could safely remove some coverage and save a bit of money. On the other hand, maybe you need more. It would be a shame to need that insurance only to find out that your new shed isn’t covered because you don’t have coverage for an unattached structure.
